We personally set up and inspect each instrument before it is shipped,
so I am very familiar with each model. I have yet to pick one up that
is anything less than impressive.
We also have an approval policy. We do our best to answer all
questions and to help you find the instrument that is right for you.
We want you to be happy. If the instrument is not what you had expected
and if you would like to return it, we ask that you call us and let us
know within 3 days of receiving it. You have to pay the shipping costs.
If you would like a refund, we charge a very small restock fee of 3% due
to the time spent and the paperwork involved. If it is for an exchange,
we will waive the restock fee.
