Hi Guys, I just wanted to thank you all for the excellent service I received
recently
when purchasing a Kentucky KM 150S for my 7 yr old son. Your
communication
throughout the process was excellent. I appreciate the fact that when you
guys noticed something wrong with the original mandolin I ordered when you
were setting it up you didn't send it on as alot of other folks probably
would. As a matter of fact, alot of other companies don't even take the
time or have the knowledge to perform a good setup. We were notified
immediately that there would be a delay but I could be assured a quality
instrument, properly setup would be on the way ASAP. We received the
mandolin and hardshell case within 4 days of shipment and it arrived in
excellent condition. It sounds and plays great. I may even let the 7
year old play it sometime as somehow he's havin a hard time getting it away
from his Daddy!
